Dilemmas of A Travel Blogger

This blog entry has moved to Jet Lag Jack Tours

  1. When in Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, etc on business there were only the local restaurants. I would look at the front of the restaurant and see if the corners of the windows were clean. If they were clean I'd say "it was a good restaurant to eat". The locals were amazed that I was "psychic" picking out good places to eat. To me it was pretty easy, if the restaurant owner/manager was fastidious enough to clean the edges of the front windows then you know that he paid much more attention to the rest of the establishment. I suggest you check my correlation to your rating system as it might be a shortcut to your rating system.

  2. I will try this out. From my brief sampling of 3 restaurants it seems to be a good indicator.
